Today we make Pita bread. We use yeast and flour to make it. We make the dough and then need to knead it until it’s smooth and flat. I mould and make it to a love-heart shape. Then we cook it under the grill for several minutes so it’s perfectly cooked. I think my Pita bread is going to be delicious.

Meat Floss Porridge

Ingredients

- 250 cc hot water -1 spoon chili sauce

-50 gram instant porridge - Crackers

-1 spoon soya sauce -10 gram meat floss

Suggested Preparation

2. Pour 250 cc hot water, stir well. Leave it for about 3 minutes until porridge thickened.

3. Add soya sauce and chili sauce (as much as you like)
