Stewardship Honor

1 Cor 6:19-20 says that

• your body is precious, keep it clean

• your body came from your mom's belly, so respect your mom

• your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you

• your body is like gold, treasure it

Matthew 25:15 says that

• God has given each of us talents, some 5, some 2, and another 1

• the Devil can give talents also

• God did not give everybody a talent

• the Devil was given a talent to deceive

Being a faithful steward means

• coming to church on time

• honoring God by keeping your room clean

• giving money towards the church budget

• honoring God with everything that he has blessed us with

Who is the steward over the earth?

• God

• Jesus

• Man

• Devil

A tithe means

• one fifth (1/5)

• one tenth (1/10)

• one whole (1/1)

• one half (1/2)

Malachi 3:8 says that men have robbed God by

• not utilizing their talents

• not honoring their mother and father

• not returning tithe and offerings

• not loving their neighbor

Malachi 3:10 says that

• God will bless you even if you don't return your tithe

• God will bless you with good health, if you return your tithe

• God will give you just enough to keep you from dying

• God will pour you out a blessing more than you have room to handle

All of the tithe money is

• sent to the Southeastern Conference office

• used to pay church bills (lights, water, musicians, copier, etc)

• put into the bank for future use

• dispersed to feed the poor and homeless

All of the church budget money is

• used to pay local church expenses (water, lights, musicians, gas, etc)

• sent to the Southeastern Conference office

• used to pay the pastor's salary

• used to have a big party at the end of the year

Psalms 24:1 says that God owns

• everything, except those what we have after paying tithe

• everything, which includes 100% of everything that you have

• everything, except the gifts that people give you

• everything, except the money that you win playing lottery
