You should start each day with

• a candy bar.

• a healthy breakfast.

• a chocolate sundae.

• no breakfast at all.

When taking a reading test

• skip the directions.

• do NOT reread the passages.

• read the questions first, if possible.

• read as quickly as possible.

The night before a test, you should

• stay up late watching TV.

• stay up worrying about the test.

• panic and do not go to sleep.

• get to bed and try to get a good night's rest.
