Septet

• Instrument that plays a solo part with an orchestra or piano or another ensemble.

• An ensemble made up of three players.

• An ensemble using 7 players. The most common type of this ensemble uses 2 violins, cello, double bass, horn, bassoon and clarinet.

• Two player play together, but using different parts. Almost any instruments can be used in this ensemble.
