The Emperors of Rome- Who Am I?

I was an Emperor ( cough, cough, dictator) of Rome before being an Emperor was cool. It only took a civil war for me to get control.

Easy access to food, reduced taxes, and subsidies for the poor to name a few! Though my name may remind you of one I am not a traitor I was one of Rome’s most respected leaders.
