Alerts

Alert Records can be ADDED from the following locations in Raintree

• Patient Chart or Correspondence and Tracking

• Dashboard and Master Tables

• Patient Demographics and EMR Plugins

• Patient Chart and Ledger

The newest Alert EMR Plugin Option #4 allows the user to do the following

• Lock all alerts to read-only

• Make alerts play a sound

• Disable alert from reopening

• Tile alert display at bottom of screen

To Edit Alert Type Setup, then the following security right is needed:

• CTATYPE and E

• CTTTYPE and E

• CTCTYPE and E

• CTDTYPE and E
