What do you do when you walk in to class?

• Sit down in your seat and begin bell ringer

• Walk around the room

• Go through Ms. Quinn's stuff in her closet/desk

• Work on other homework/draw

Should I sharpen my pencil if Ms. Quinn is up at the board talking?

• No

• Yes, while she is talking.

• If she gives me permission to get out of my seat during notes.

What do I do if I need a pencil?

• Borrow one from the bucket and sign your name and class.

• Take one of Ms. Quinn's pencils without signing out.

• Sit there and not do my work.

• Ask a peer to borrow a pencil.

When can I use headphones/earbuds?

• I cannot use headphones/earbuds in class.

• I can ask Ms. Quinn if I can borrow a pair from her basket, ONLY if headphones are required.

• I can use headphones whenever I want.

Where can I find a multiplication chart?

• I wait until they are passed out.

• I steal one off another peer's desk

• I can find it in the white drawer labeled "Multiplication Charts"

Should I go in Ms. Quinn's closet to grab something?

• Sure, I can grab whatever I want.

• Only if Ms. Quinn gives me permission to grab the headphones basket.

Where can I find loose leaf paper?

• Ms. Quinn doesn't have any.

• In the blue bin on our shelves.

What should I do at the end of class?

• Wait to be dismissed by Ms. Quinn.

• Clean off my desk, push in my chair and walk out the door.

• Run out as soon as the bell rings.

How do I earn tickets?

• By drawing during notes or bell ringer

• By completing my bell ringer early

• By staying on task the whole class

• By doing something kind for another student/teacher

• By walking around the room without permission

When can you win prizes?

• Never

• Every once in awhile

• On Fridays, when Ms. Quinn pulls the raffle!
