• A group of words that cant Stand alone

• can stand alone in a sentence. It contains a subject and a verb in its smallest form

What is a Dependent Clauses?

• contain a subject and verb. However, they cannot stand alone

• contain a subject and verb but can stand alone

• contains an adjective and at least 9 words
