"Fox Gets Tricked" Unit 6 Week 2 Rogers

A young boy was enjoying a large bunch of grapes. Fox saw the grapes and wanted them so he snatched them from the boy's hand.

• He went to a pond.

• He was eating grapes.

• He tricked the fox.

"I'll just get some more from the fox who lives underwater. His are better anyway." Why does the young boy tell the fox that another fox has better grapes?

• He wants to share grapes with the fox.

• He wants to trick the fox who took his grapes.

• He wants the fox living underwater to share with fox.

• So that both foxes can share the grapes together.

When fox reached the pond, he saw a reflection of himself in the pond with the grapes in his mouth. He wanted more grapes so he dropped the grapes from his mouth and jumped in to get the grapes. You can tell the boy who tricked the fox is probably -
