Zero and First Conditional

O Zero Conditional é usado para:

• Falar de eventos onde a condição e a consequência/resultado acontecem ao mesmo tempo. É usado para falar de fatos/verdades. Tanto a condição quanto o resultado ficam no presente.

  Ex.: If babies are hungry, they cry.

• Falar de eventos onde a condição e a consequência/resultado acontecem em tempos diferentes. É usado para falar de fatos/verdades. Tanto a condição quanto o resultado ficam no presente.

  Ex.: If babies are hungry, they cry.

O First Conditional é usado para:

• Falar de eventos onde a condição e a consequência/resultado acontecem em tempos diferentes. É usado para falar de um evento no presente e qual será sua consequência/resultado no futuro. A condição/evento e a consequência/resultado ficarão no futuro.

  Ex.: If you want, I will go with you.

• Falar de eventos onde a condição e a consequência/resultado acontecem em tempos diferentes. É usado para falar de um evento no presente e qual será sua consequência/resultado no futuro. A condição/evento fica no presente, enquanto a consequência/resultado ficará no futuro.

  Ex.: If you want, I will go with you.
