SEL: Growth Mindset

When I don't know how to do,

• I stop trying

• I need to ask for help

When my work is hard,

• I can take small and easy steps

• I don't feel like doing it anymore!

When my work is hard,

• I will do my best!

• I will give up and do something else

When there is something difficult, I can tell myself:

• I can do it!

• I'm not good at this

When I am in the red zone,

• I need to calm down

• I can shout and say "I don't want to do!"
