Star Wars: A New Hope is touted by many to have the greatest film score ever written. This is a very subjective topic, as many films have wonderful music. Having said that, there are those films with music which not only prove to be memorable, but raise the EFFECTIVENESS of the message/purpose of the movie immensely, and at every turn, in such a way where the movie is synonymous with the music itself.
