How assertive am I?

You are at McDonalds and order a burger with mayo but they give you one with ketchup. What do you do?

• Say ok, because you like kind of like ketchup

• Say no, and get angry with the manager because they got it wrong

• Talk to the waiter and ask them to change the sauce

You are in a queue, waiting for a shop, someone steps in front of you.

• Let the person in

• Tell the person that the line starts behind you

• Shout at the person to move back

After leaving a shop you realise they gave you the wrong change.

• Shout at the shop keeper because they got it wrong

• Show the shop keeper the change and ask them to change it

• Walk away because the shop keeper looked too busy

You are watching TV and an adult asks you to stop watching TV and help them

• Say no, and keep watching TV

• Help them but feel grumpy at them

A friend visits your house but you need to do your homework.

• Tell your friend they are annoying and they should leave

• Say that you only asked for a small drink and ask you only pay £2

• Demand to see the manager and complain about being ripped off

Your friend is grumpy with you, but you don't know why!

• Ask them why they are grumpy, and try to be understanding

• Say mean things to other people about them

• Pretend you don't see them being grumpy and hope they stop it

You take your computer to a shop to fix it for £40, but when you come back they tell you it costs £90.

• Refuse to pay, and complain to the manager

• Talk to the manager to show the receipt for £40 and say that it what you agreed to pay

• Pay the bill anyway
