MATH 5- DIVISIBILITY RULES

If a number is even, it is divisible by 2.

Any number divisible by 2 is also divisible by 6.

If a number is divisible by 4, it is also divisible by 2.

Any number divisible by 4 is also divisible by 8.

Any number divisible by 9 is also divisible by 3.

If a number is divisible by 8, the 8 is a factor of the number.

Five hundred twenty- eight is divisible by both 2 and 6.

Two thousand eight hundred twenty-four is divisible by 4 and 8.

Nine thousand is divisible by 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10.

One thousand seven hundred fifteen is divisible by 7.
