What is a disease?

• Something in your body isn’t working correctly and it isn’t from a physical injury.

• Something in your body isn't working correctly but it is from a physical injury.

What does communicable disease mean?

• It can talk.

• A communicable disease is one that is spread from one person to another through a variety of ways.

• Chronic conditions that do not result from an (acute) infectious process and hence are not communicable.

• It's not something we just learned.

Which of these are ways to get a communicable disease?

• Eating bad food.

• Your lifestyle

• Contact with someones blood

• Contact with someones spit

• Breathing clean air

What are some ways that you can get a communicable disease?

• Breathing in an airborne virus
