Scenario: There is a customer who call to make a payment arrangement and wanted to pay the bill in store. The account is past due for 12 days, are we able to make a payment arrangement without making a Future dated payment so customer can make the payment in store manually?

• No, Because for payment arrangement we need to make a FDP to secure the payment

What will happen if the customer missed the payment arrangement and the account past due is less than 30 days?

• Customer will have 48 hours until the account will be suspended
