In Chapter 19, Cole goes to soak and carry the rock, how is it different this time from the other times?

• He actually meditates, clear his mind, and he realizes this helps him. He carried the rock with purpose and reflected on his past and realized he is the author of his life and can make his own decisions.

• He swims and plays and finds that he can enjoy his play and when he carried the rock he realizes he doesn't have to take this seriously and not learn a thing from this.
