Why Academic integrity important?

• It helps us practice the act of being truthful and honest.

• It is a way of respecting and acknowledging the work of others.

• It allows students and staff the freedom to build new ideas, knowledge, and creative works.

• We develop a good reputation and relation by being honest, fair, and trustworthy.

There is a participation mark given in one of your tutorials, and an attendance sheet is passed around at each session. You can't make it today, and you ask your friend to sign in for you. Are you allowed to do this?
