Experiential learning is based on the following principle;

• learning by completing the notes and being attentive in class.

• learning through a teacher

• learning by doing revision again and again

• learning by doing.

A complete learning cycle happens in following sequence:

• Concrete experience, reflect, abstract conceptulisation, apply in real life

Competency based learning means

• Developing skills, abilities and knowledge which will help you in your life

• Developing knowledge which will help you in your life

• It will help the person to ovecome dyslexia

• It will help the person to overcome ADHD

A teacher should focus on

• How many chapters are completed

• How many competencies their students have mastered

• Students wishing them good morning

• Complete silence in the classroom

Learning outcome means

• Students able to remember all the concepts, word to word.

• More content given to Students means more knowledge given.

• Students should be able to remember name of all the topics.

• It identifies what learners will know and will be able to demonstrate at the end of topic or chapter.

Competency of a student means

• Ability of a student

Formative assessment happens

• at the beginning of the unit

• while learners are working in their unit

• at the end of the unit
