Wrong address enrollment is schedule for tomorrow.

• Submit a cancel enrollment transaction for the wrong address. Add correct SA to the existing BAN. (if acct balance is less than $20, cancel the pending payment enrollment trans and manually submit PMVI for CORRECT address for today).

• Submit a MVO for next business day. Add correct SA to existing BAN

• Send a manual RNP service order. Then complete the entire IAG process (steps mentioned in letter A)

• . Leave the wrong address SA alone. Add the correct SA to the existing BAN

Wrong address enrollment is complete, but ESI was previously de-energized.

• Submit a cancel enrollment transaction for the wrong address. Add correct SA to the existing BAN.

• Submit a cancel enrollment transaction for the wrong address.

Wrong address enrollment is complete. Pogo (different cx) was RoR.

  payment enrollment transaction and manually submit PMVI for CORRECT address for

  today).

• Cancel the pending payment enrollment transaction (refresh and make sure enrollment is canceled). Then add correct SA to the existing BAN. Message the customer to charge up $20 to have service started at the correct address.

Wrong address enrollment is complete. The wrong address ESIID has been DNP’d by Pogo and was previously energized with another REP.

• Submit a MVO for next business day. Add correct SA to existing BAN (if acct balance is less than $20, cancel the pending payment enrollment transaction and manually submit PMVI for CORRECT address for today),

• Send a manual RNP service order. Then complete the entire IAG process (steps mentioned in letter A)

• Complete the IAG process EXCEPT for creating a new account for the correct address.
