My hometown and my college town are small rural communities. They both have the population of less than 11, 000. However, my college town’s population swells to 15,000 people when the college students are attending classes while my hometown’s population remains the same. My hometown is surrounded by many domains of plantation which is devoted mainly to growing pineapple and lanzones. On the other hand, my college town lies in the center of farmland which is used to raise hogs and cattle. Despite these aspects, I feel at home wherever I stay.

Students have been suffering from exam anxiety. Some experience mental block, poor concentration during the test and negative thinking about the results. Instead of doing good in school, students are faced with some difficulties in their studies. To solve this, they should get a good night’s sleep the day before the exam to be able to concentrate and do well. The second effective solution is to change their poor study habits. If they change such habits and start to study regularly, this will give them confidence before and during the exam. The last thing they should do is to think positive like visualizing themselves as a student who has a high mark before the exam to get rid of all their fears and worries. In summary, getting a good night’s sleep, changing their poor study habits and thinking positive are effective solutions to deal with exam anxiety.
