Why is Makkah important to Muslims?

• Holiest city in Islam.

• The Kabah is located there.

• Direction for Muslim prayers and destination for their pilgrimage.

• Important landmarks such as: Zamzam well, Cave Hira where first revelation came, Haj sites etc.

• The Prophet Muhammad PBUH was born there.

Treaty of Hudaybiyah was signed:

• in Makkah

• Before Umrah

• 6th year of migration.

• After Hajj

How should you treat people?

• Tolerance is mercy and there is no life without tolerance.
