What is the Scout's Handbook?

• It is a cook book of favourite Scouting recipes.

• It is an old book written by Lord Baden Powell.

• It is a comprehensive (complete) book of all you need to know about scouting and badgework.

• It is a book about the history of scouting.

Once you complete a badge you will receive...

• The badge.

• A trophy.

• A certificate.

• A woggle.

In the first pages of the book you will find.

• A logbook to mark your progress.

• An advert to buy the next scouting book.

• A calendar of annual scouting events.

• A map of camping sites in Malta.

The Scouting handbook costs...

• 30 euro

• 15 euro but the Troop will sponsor 10 euro (Will cost 5 euro for you).

• 15 euro but the Troop will sponsor 5 euro (Will cost 10 euro for you).

• 50 euro

Each Mastery badge consists of three levels which are named...

• Base camp, Advance Camp, Summit

• First, Second and Third Level

• Token 1, Token 2, Token 3

• Start line, Track, Finish line.

Do you get a woggle for the interest badges?

• Yes

• No

For each level of a mastery badge level you would receive?

• A nice chocolate cake.

• A token, under the form of a woggle.

• A certificate.

• A medal that you can pin on your chest.

The requirements of Mastery badges...

• Are basically test which are of the same difficulty regardless of level.

• Are always really, really easy.

• Increase in difficulty as you proceed from base camp, advance camp, to summit.

• Require that you be 14 years of age to start them.

Whenever a Scout earns a badge this would result in him...

• Getting the badge which he could add to his uniform.

• Earn a certificate showing that you earned the badge.

• Earn points which go towards his Scout of the Year Award.

• Earn points for the Patrol makes part of.

How many Mastery badges are there in all?
