What does TRF mean?

Why is a TRF important?

• It is not important

• It looks nice on tutorial days

• It is a tool used to help both tutors and students

• It is only important tool for the teacher to use

What is the difference between subject and topic?

• Subject is: Math, Science, SS, ELA while Topic is: what you are specifically learning in that subject (ex: fractions, mass & density, drama, maps)

• There is no difference

• Subject is what you learned that day in class

• Topic is what you only learn for a test

What is an Initial Question?

• A question that you ask at the beginning of class

• Something that the teacher asks you in class

• A questions that comes from an AVID tutor

• It is a question from a worksheet, homework assignment, quiz, test, QuizzIzz, Kahoot and you type it word-for-word onto the TRF

When are you turning in your TRF's

• You turn in your TRF before Tutorials start on Fridays (pre-work)

• You turn in TRFs three weeks late

• You do not TRFs in

• You turn in your TRF one month late

When are AVID Tutorial days?

• Monday

• Tuesday and Wednesday

• Thursday

• The Friday (Fri -YAY) that you have me for class! :)
