• Counsellors lead all activities, only some; this gives campers opportunities to take responsibility and develop

  leadership skills

• Counsellors create success-oriented environment where each child shines regardless of their academic skills

• Counsellors talk about grammar

Behaviors of teacher at an English lesson

• Teacher stands in front of pupils.

• Teachers delegate their roles to pupils

• Teacher organizes the learning environment and provides children choices.

• Teacher is required to cover the curriculum that is created by someone else.

Campers...

• move around and make noise if it is a part of an activity.

• interact with whom they are told

• can make choices as a group, for example, which activity to do and how to do it
