The filtration process should go on for 8 hours every day and the pumps are switched “ON” and “OFF” automatically.

Currently, they are 4 DVR with 64 cameras, out of 6 cameras already down. Recommend replacing new cables and cameras to improve the security and surveillance in the building.

There is outdoor RC tank and two pumps located at the Basement Level to serve the buildings. They are installed in riser at every floor with appropriate signages to indicate the drum sets location.

There is one RC suction tank located at Basement Level and with a set of vertical in line transfer pumps to pump up to roof storage FRP tanks. The roof storage tanks to serve floor below via a set of hydro pneumatic booster pump.

During the site survey, it is found that most of the copper tapes are concealed inside the wall or column. However, all the finials were missing from the roof which is supposed to be connected down to the copper conductor.

11 numbers of 50kg manifold cylinders is located behind the kitchen. Emergency shut off valve is provided for emergency shut off.

Condenser pumps and chilled water pumps are located at Basement chiller plant room whereas the cooling towers are located at the roof. The chilled water is supplying to 3 nos of AHUs and 197 FCU units during normal school operating hours.
