Basket ball Dribble

Dribbling means:

• throwing the ball

• setting the ball

• bouncing the ball up and down

when i dribble

• i cannot move with the ball

• i can move with the ball

• i can only shoot

to learn a dribble i need :

• a ball

• a safe area

• both of them

to protect your ball while you dribbling, its better to

• keep your body straight

• get your body down low

when i am dribbling , i need to:

• keep my eyes on the ball

• to keep my eyes up

• look behind me

when i dribble , i need to :

• spread my fingers

• close my fingers
