To change the presentation to be viewed in 16:9 and ensure wide fit you would....

To create an upward arrow process you select your slide, click insert, smart art, process, select upward arrow.

• select the text box, type in text, then convert the text to a smart art shape.

• Click shape on the slide before you want to add, new shape, then, click SmartArt Design tab, add new shape, after, type text in box.

• click on insert, SmartArt, find the shape you want to create, select it, then move it where you want it on the slide.
