Basic Anatomical Position is:

• facing forward, feet flat, arms out, palms facing forward

• facing forward, feet out, arms out, palms facing backward

• facing forward, feet flat, arms in, palms facing forward

Prone is:

• on your stomach

• used for neck surgeries
