P wave represents:

• Ventricular depolarization

• Atrial Depolarization

• Ventricular repolarization

PR Interval:

• represents the time from the beginning of atrial depolarization to the beginning of ventricular depolarization

• Sinus Tachycardia

Nursing considerations during cardioversion:

• Ensure that the skin is dry and clean

• Stop oxygen during the procedure

• Be sure that no one is touching the bed or client when delivering the shock

• All of the above

Atrial rate of >350 bpm, No definitive P wave, QRS complex usually normal

• Ventricular Fibrillation

• SVT
