A doctor’s job is not easy. Doctors have to work long hours, all day and often at night, too. During the day, they spend a lot of time with patients in their office. They may also visit other patients in the hospital. Some doctors do operations that make many hours. Other doctors work on studies of new medicines and new treatments. Doctors also have read a lot, and they have to write reports about their patients.

In England, tea is a drink, and it is also a meal. There are many different ways to make coffee. Florida is a big producer of oranges for juice. In East Asia, rice is the most important food. People make rice in many different ways. In some countries in the Middle East people make bread that is round and flat. The Turkish language is not at all like the Arabic language.

Many musical instruments are made of wood. For example, violins, cellos, pianos, clarinets and oboes are all made of wood. Scott Joplin played ragtime piano music. It was very popular in the early 20th century. Many children play musical instruments in Venezuela. There are also hundreds of orchestras for young people. Chinese opera is completely different from the Italian opera.

Around the world many people traveled to work—commute—by train. Commuting by train can be more relaxing than driving to work. On a train, you don't have to think about the road you can read, work, sleep or talk with other passengers. However sometimes there can be problems with trains. They may be crowded or late. At times, the passengers can also be unpleasant. For examples, some people talk loudly on their cell phones so it's impossible to read or sleep.
