What is leadership?

• is controlling other people to do whatever you want

• is to help others do the wrong things

• is the state of being a leader

Habit 1: Be proactive means

• blame others for the wrong actions

• be responsible

• do right things only when everyone is looking

Habit 2: Begin with the end in mind means

• to plan before, make schedule and set goals

• to do right away

• being a bad citizen and make decision quickly

Habit 3: Put first things first

• play and then work

• play game, go outside, and do homework

• work first and play later

Habit 4: Think Win-Win

When I and my friend have an argument, .....

• I should win and my friend must lose

• I should lose and my friend should win

• We both must find a solution to be good together

Habit 5: Seek first to understand, then to be understood means

• never listen to other people's idea

• be a good listener and allow people to speak first

• interrupt when others are speaking

Habit 6: Synergize means

• to work as a team and learn from other people's strength

• to work alone and not value other people's strength

• one idea + one idea = the same idea
