Scenario : Ms May called to cancel the application due to the first year AF payable policy & the fee is high

Using the scenario above, how should the CCP respond to the applicant?

• Acknowledge CM's concern of the fee and probe to understand what she liked initially about the card product. Review her profile and then share the value of a couple of benefits the card would have for her. Shared the welcome gift and the return value for paying the annual fee.

• Admit that the fee can be high for these cards and advise that you cannot change the fee structure of the card.
