Chair, text, mouse, monitor and computer are the ergonomic principles for workstation

In keystroking, keep our eyes on the copy most of the time while typing is correct.

There are three ways of tension-reducing exercises involved

Right Shift key is used to capitalize letters on the left half of the keyboard

Follow the 20/20/20 rule: every 20 minutes, stare at an object 35 feet away for 30 seconds

Wrist stretch is one of the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome exercise

When typing for a long period:

a. Change position

b. Walk around

c. Stretch when muscles feel tired
