- The message of strategical directions for the company is not straightforward. Lack of transparency sometimes.
- There is no transparency
- Hard to work with external people if you don't have a clear direction and definition from managers or FRJ. External people can be confused (and also you).
No clarity of information at high-level (top management, strategy, company):
- Not always clear who are the people you can collaborate with in Fujitsu.
- It is crucial knowing what other colleagues are doing to take advantage of synergies and not overlap works.
-I cannot collaborate with other people because I don't really know what they are working on
No transparency or sharing information issues at low-level (divisions, teams, individuals):
- It's not clear what are the responsibilities of each role (manager, principal, senior researcher, researcher), so it's difficult to collab.
- Withholding information and lack of transparency in internal collaborations
- Disconnected objectives inside a group hider collaboration. Members of a groups should know what the group and others have to achieve
- When code is shared for a collaboration, sometimes the commenting or documentation (if any) is poor
- Silos.
