   If you’re going to be late or absent for an Admin or PD meeting you must let Jess know in advance.  It is your responsibility to read minutes and follow up any queries for meetings you have missed. If you’re absent please sign the meeting minutes to indicate you have read them.

NEWSLETTERS will be issued weekly on Tuesdays via Skool Loop and the website. If you are responsible for an area/event then you need to keep parents informed about, then you need to write the blurb for the newsletter and give it to Marie no later than 9am on newsletter day. Conversely if you organised/attended an event that had sporting results, achievements etc - you are responsible for ensuring these are published in a timely manner.

Trip and Event Notices can still be issued on paper if you feel this is the most effective way of ensuring parents receive notification.  Parents must be notified of events/trips at least _______weeks prior to the actual day of the event.
