RULING OF NIKAH

• Mustahab for that person who has a need to marry, he has an interest in marriage and he possesses the means to pay the Mahr and maintain his wife. Also, he knows that if he does not marry, he will not commit sin.

• not advisable (Makrooh) for such a person to marry who has an interest in marriage but cannot afford to maintain his wife, also Makrooh for a person who is physically not capable of marriage.

• (Waajib) for a person who is capable and has the means and he has the fear that if he does not marry, he will commit sin.

• Haram for such a woman to marry who has absolutely no interest in marriage and she knows that she will not fulfil the rights of the husband. It is also Haram for a man who knows that he will not fulfil the rights of his wife.

• Mubah (permissible) for that person who has a need to marry, he has an interest in marriage and he possesses the means to pay the Mahr and maintain his wife. Also, he knows that if he does not marry, he will not commit sin
