• To negotiate the rate with the carrier based on the distance to be covered

• To set up all the appointments at the shipper and delivery locations.

Which is the status that tells the truck is empty and has been sent to the shipper to pick up the load?

• Reserved

• Dispatched

• In Transit

If we have a PU at 10:30 am, at what time would you call to dispatch the DR?

• 7:30 AM (3 Hours before)

• 6:30 AM (4 Hours before)

• 9:30 AM (1 Hour before)

• 8:30 AM (2 Hours before)

Is TONU applicable if the truck already arrived at the receiver facility and the customer cancels the load?

• Yes, it is applicable since the order was canceled when the truck already picked up the load and arrived to the receiver with it.

• No, the only way a TONU can be applied is when the truck is committed and dispatched to the shipper and the customer cancels the order.

If a DR is not picking up the phone, what would you do to track?

• Work on tracking another shipment.

• Call the Dispatcher.

• Call the Customer.

• Assume the location of the shipment.
