Justin is a fifth grade student at Lee Davis Elementary. He has a difficult time finding remembering how to solve multi-digit by multi-digit problems. The teacher provides the student with a step-by-step example of finding the product of multi-digit by multi-digit equations to assist him with the multiplication sequence.

The teachers completed a learning-walk using a rubric to inspect student work posted in the hallway. They discussed what was learned from the learning walk in their weekly PLC.
