Jesus Baptism

Jesus fulfilled what had been spoken through the prophet (a)  

Then Jesus came from Galilee to John at the (a)   to be baptized by him.

The baptism of Jesus is the acceptance and inauguration of His mission as God’s suffering (a)  

“Allow it for now, for thus it is fitting to fulfill all (a)   .”

  After Jesus was baptized, He came from the water and behold, the (a)   were opened for Him.

Jesus saw the (a)   descending like a dove and coming upon Him.

Jesus is the (a)   who takes away the sins of the world.

Jesus’ mission was not easy but because of His (a)   for the Father, He obeyed Him.

Jesus did not need John’s baptism of (a)   for He had no sins

1.     And a voice was heard saying, “This is my beloved (a)   with whom I am well pleased.
