I pray regularly and invite others to pray, too, whenever I can.

I say I am sorry when I break something or hurt someone. I listen when someone gets angry with me. When I am hurt, I tell the person very simply without sulking or throwing a tantrum. I give and receive forgiveness.

I show my appreciation. I thank others for the things they do for me or with me. This I do either verbally or by doing something nice for them.

I am supportive of my friends and family members. I believe in their capabilities and tell them, "You can do it!" whenever they need encouragement.
