• Ask about something concerned with the procedure (Ex : the diplomatic decorum, title of moderated caucus, order of speakers list)

When you can't hold yourself and what to go to the toilet urgently you raise a point of...

• Procedural clarification stating that you should have gone to the toilet before another delegate

• Personal privilege stating why you want to go

• Information asking the chair if you can go to the toilet

After a delegate deliver his speech, the delegates are allowed to
