• Increase the number of actively briefing clients from 435 to 600

• Reduce the number of tools used to consume financial reports from 4 to 1

• Deliver a plan to a consolidated solution for leads management

What are responsibilities of the Stream Lead?

• To define the Venture Objectives & Key Results to be pursued by everyone in Scentmate

• To represent a Stream or a Team with their expertise.

• To nominate OKR Leads and delegate the authority of their figure to OKR Leads

• To coach people in the OKR process

An OKR Lead...

• Organizes quarterly OKR Check-in’s

• Represents the consolidated view of the Leadership Team around an Objective (in terms of definition and also priority)

• Defines and prioritizes initiatives that are expected to deliver the Key Results, in collaboration with SMEs

• Have the Venture Objectives as highest priority

• Must be an expert in either Perfumery or Automatic Curations

A Subject Matter Expert (SME)...

• Represents a Stream or a Team with their expertise on a business domain

• Joins an Objective Workgroup along with an OKR Lead and other SMEs

• Collaborates in the definition of initiatives

• Coaches OKR Leads and SMEs in the OKR process
