For you to design a learning experience, you need to research your target audience first. Why? because you have to identify what kind of materials to create that will be accessible to them, or what kind of content or assessment you need to craft according to their needs. Next would be the learning outcome. What do you want your learners to achieve after you created your learning materials or course for them? What kind of skills or knowledge do I want them to develop after? Once you already know your learning outcomes that you can figure out the learning objectives.
