First I drew the plans for my bird house. Then I made a list of supplies I would need. Third I got all my tools together. After I got my tools together I found a work space. Finally I built my bird house. How is this text organized?

The wind picked up fast. Suddenly a tree was ripped out of the ground. Lightening flashed across the sky and I heard a loud crack. I saw the lightening had hit another tree and it's limb was burnt and fell to the ground. Hail and rain started pelting the windows and as a result, the next thing I know the window was shattered.

Once there were two boys who were best friends. One of the boys was tall and lanky, while the other boy was short and chubby. The tall boy had brown hair but the short boy was blonde. There once was a frog and a salamander. The frog was not a good fisherman and was often hungry. The salamander asked him how he went about catching his fish. The frog said, "well, I just put my hand in the water and hope the fish will swim into my hand. The salamander replied, "Did you ever thing of putting some food into your hand so the fish would be attracted to your hand? "No.", said the frog.

A lighten bolt hit a tree in the forest. As a result, the tree caught on fire. Since the wind was blowing, the fire blew to all the trees surrounding the first tree. Animals scurried from place to place trying to find a safe place to be. Many animals headed to the river for safety.

Mr. Jones was driving to work when his car ran out of gas. He had ten more miles to go before he got to work. He forgot his cell phone, so he decided to try and hitch a ride with anyone who would pick him up. No one stopped so he kept walking in the direction of town. Finally he saw a bus stop and waited for the bus. He rode the bus and got off at the gas station. The gas station attendant gave him a lift back to his car and put a can of gas into the tank.

I wanted to make an apple pie for my mother. First I peeled and cut up the apples. Next I put sugar, cinnamon, water and corn starch into a pan to make the Sause. Then I added the chopped up apples. When I thought the filling was done, I poured it into the crust. I popped the pie into the oven for fifteen minutes. It was done!!

Once there were two squirrels, George and Bob. George was very happy to gather nuts for the winter. But Bob wanted to play and chase his tail. George warned him that he better get collecting nuts but Bob did not listen. Winter set in and Bob had nothing to eat.

In 1774, the British put taxes on the colonies in America. The colonists did not think this was fair because they had no representation in Parliament. By 1775, The colonists decided they would try to talk with the king about their concerns. By 1776 the colonists declared their independence from Britian.

Once there were two fisherman out for a day of fishing on a small lake. They decided to park their row boat under some trees for shade from the sun. One of the fisherman went to cast out his line, but the line got caught in the tree branch. He pulled and he pulled on the line hoping to free it from the tree branch but it was stuck. He was getting very frustrated at this. As he pulled on the line his companion took out a knife and cut the line. "Why didn't I think of that?", he said.
