RESPECT...

• must be shown to everybody.

• must be only shown to the people I know.

• must be shown to the adults only.

• must be shown only if I am respected.

LANGUAGE...

• is not very important for communicating online.

• is essential and must be accurate.

• grammar is important but spelling is irrelevant.

• spelling is basic, however grammar is secondary.

What do we mean by TIMING?

• We must spend a limited amount of time on the computer.

• We must finish our tasks on time.

• We must be respectul and aware of other's schedules.

• We must always use a clock to control our online activity.

My personal information...

• should be available to anybody chatting with me.

• is safe on the Internet.

• can't be used by offenders because the law protects me.

• should only be shared with known users and just if it is not too personal.

Using a nickname...

• is safer than using one's true name.

• is disrespecful. Everybody should use their real name.

• is not a useful safety measure.

• can create confusion.

An important aspect of SAFETY is that...

• Everybody is reliable in a chat group.

• We should not trust chat participants we don't know.

• unknown people are usually safe and friendly.

• we can speak about our private life on a chat line where strangers may access.

The idea of INCLUSIVENESS means...

• that we should only include the people who think like us on a chat line.

• that we should also include strangers in our chat groups.

• that we shouldn't use the social media to exclude anybody.

• that we should only include in a chat the people who like the same things as we do.
