ECCE certifies this english level:

• A2

• B1

ECCE oral exams are:

• Graded locally

• Graded by machine

• Graded in Michigan

ECCE measures these competencies:

• Writing / Listening

• Reading / Speaking

• All of them

An ECCE certification officially allows you to:

• teach english

• show internationally valid B2 competency

• be a translator/interpreter

• get a promotion

During the ECCE exam you can: (choose 2)

• use your mobile phone

• exit the building

• ask questions to the proctors

• go to the restroom

About the oral ECCE exam :

• you will need to memorize a speaking prompt

• you will need to give your opinion about a speaking prompt

• you may take notes

• you may answer your phone

Two of these are true:

• It is compulsory to use a B2 pencil

• you may bring your own bottle of water

• you can use a blue ink pen, not a black pen

• your name goes in handscript

If you have any questions during the written exam:

• you may raise your hand and a proctor will help you
