• No format 没有格式

What are the minimum working hours for staffs to have 1-hour break time? 员工需要做最少几小时才可以有一小时的休息时间?

• Above 8 hours shift 8 小时以上

• Above 5 hours shift 5 小时以上

• No minimum hours shift 几小时都可以有一小时吃饭时间

• 6.5 hours and above

When is the deadline that SIC need to submit and published the schedule? SIC 需要每星期几时之间完成并且发布排班？

• Just inform in "Zone X - LiHO TEA" group chat 在 "Zone X - LiHO TEA" 群里通知即可

• Infotech E-Leave system and wait for approval. 在 Infotech APP 里申请，并且等待批准

• Apply in StaffAny and key in StaffAny StaffAny APP 里申请，然后输入到 StaffAny 排班里

• Only key in StaffAny, no need to apply StaffAny 排班里直接安排，不需要申请

You are sending your staff to another outlet to support, what is the procedure to record staff's shift/attendance during the support? 你安排了员工到其他门店协助，需要做什么确保员工到其他·门店时可以照常打卡记录工作时间？

• No need to create any shift, staff can clock in unscheduled shift 不需要开启任何班次 (shift), 直接让员工发送计划外的轮班请求 (unscheduled shift) 即可

• Inform HR to create shift for the staff 通知 HR 为员工开启新的班次

• Inform the other SIC that your staff is assisting to create shift for you to add your staff in. 通知另外一位 SIC 让他开启新的班次，然后你再把员工的名字加进去。
