Making a decision carefully through prayer, reflection, and right judgement. We use this process when we feel conflicted or clueless about which path to take.

A prayer to help us be attentive and responsive to God in our lives. A way to reflect on our life (the good and bad) and to see where God is present and what He is asking of us. Ignatius recommended doing this at the end of each day.
