• Put ticket field as “Spam - No Context” where there are clear context on the inquiries
• Does not change the ticket fields from “Spam - No Context” accordingly when the context/information of the inquiry has already been clear
• Recheck the ticket fields again, to make sure it has been correctly filled based on the context of the conversation before closing the ticket
• Not rechecking the ticket fields before clicking the Solved status button to make sure
